Ms. Oliver began her legal career in 2009 as an Associate Divorce Lawyer in Alpharetta, Georgia. There she practiced domestic relations and family law litigation. She also worked with a Special Assistant Attorney General and prosecuted over 100 child support enforcement cases for Fulton County Division of Child Support Services. Those cases included child support establishment, modification, contempt, and domestication actions.
Ms. Oliver worked for an international family law litigation firm in Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia for six years prior to beginning her own practice and then partnering with EVINS · OLIVER · HUGHES LLC. Her practice areas included divorce, alimony, equitable division of property, child custody and visitation, child support, legitimation, family violence, modification, contempt, and bench and jury trials.
Ms. Oliver now practices in the areas of family law, divorce, business litigation, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Oliver has provided attorney training in the areas of child support law and child support prosecution.
