Albert M. Myers is Of Counsel to the Evins Law Firm. Mr. Myers has been in private practice representing shareholders and other litigants since 2014.
About
Previously, Al Myers chaired the shareholder derivative litigation practice of a boutique litigation firm in the New Orleans metropolitan area, recovering over $100 million on behalf of injured shareholders and other plaintiffs together with co-counsel firms. He is an alumnus of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and other prominent defense law firms.
Professional Qualifications and Activities
Mr. Myers has been an active member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Federal Bar Association, and the Institute for Law and Economic Policy. He is a 2000 graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Trial Skills Program. Education and Awards. A native of Springfield, Illinois, Mr. Myers attended Yale University, majoring in History. He continued his studies at the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he pursued studies in the M.B.A. program earning a 4.0 grade-point average.
